Clara is an experienced and certified executive coach as well as a corporate trainer specialising in personal development, management, sales and coach training. She runs her own coaching and training business as well as working on an associate basis delivering corporate training and coaching for Propeller Training.

Having trained with Results Coaching Systems in 2002 Clara became a Coaching Interactive Accredited Coach (CIAC) in 2008. She now conducts a large part of her coaching from a comprehensive internet coaching platform  enabling her clients to benefit from the flexibility and affordability of interactive online coaching.

Having re-invented herself several times before finding her true vocation she is passionate about helping others have the courage and self-belief to do the same.

Her eclectic background spanning an Oxford education, a King's College PhD in the humanities, lecturing and teaching at the University of London and the Goethe-Institut, and a high-powered role in investment banking, ensures that she approaches her work with the insight reflecting her broad range of experience as well as a unique approach to solving problems, whether of a developmental, intellectual or organisational nature.

In her fifteen years of experience she has gained a deep insight into the financial sector, having occupied a front-office role herself as Associate Director at UBS (Equities), as well as coaching, training and teaching executives from the sector.

Clara focuses on empowering people at professional crossroads to identify a new career path and sustain the necessary drive and commitment to make their dreams a reality.
