You can work at your own pace and access the programme anywhere, anytime, 24/7, granting you complete flexibility. You will be guided by the system to set yourself the necessary tasks that will ensure your progress towards the goals you have set yourself. Should you choose to do so you can upgrade your package to one of the interactive coaching programmes below at any time, to provide you with the input of your personal coach.

Fundamental Coaching Programme
                      
This interactive coaching programme is a comprehensive package aimed at anybody who wishes to make changes in any area of his/her life. You are free to choose the areas of your life that you wish to concentrate on and work through them at your own pace. By completing the questionnaires in each session combined with your coach’s feedback you will gain new insights, set goals, take responsibility and move to action to make your dreams a reality. You can work through the programme at your own pace. You can choose to receive a personal response from your coach once or twice a week as well as a 60-minute telephone coaching session depending on your preference.           

CROSSROADS Interactive Coaching                 
This interactive coaching programme is a comprehensive package aimed at professionals seeking to redefine their future career path. The programme offers customized diagnostic tools enabling you to consolidate your professional experience and learning, think creatively about work and establish your own professional roadmap. You can work through the programme at your own pace. You can choose to receive a personal response from your coach once or twice a week as well as a 60-minute telephone coaching session depending on your preference.

This interactive coaching programme is a comprehensive package aimed at managers. It offers flexible modules on effective team-building, motivation, performance management, conflict management and delegation. Due to its modular structure the programme is entirely flexible. You are free to complete any number of modules at your own pace and in any order. Each module works on a stand-alone basis or as part of the entire package.
